公司創辦人介紹
李奕彬博士，於上世紀八十年代末東渡日本創辦「日本陽光集團」，先後在香港及國內成立「陽光玖柒國際有限公司」、「香港手信有限公司」、「廣東陽光玖柒實業有限公司」、「大連杉夏實業有限公司」及「深圳陽光玖柒貿易有限公司」。在2018年中，於香港自置廠房創辦自家品牌的健康烘焙食品，務求能緊貼香港人的喜好，生產精美的健康食品及人人喜歡的香港手信。
2020年8月李奕彬博士有幸與任正非、馬化驣，許家印，曹德旺、許榮茂、董明珠、柳傳志等名人同時入選由「中國國際人文出版社」出刊精編珍藏版大型叢書《崛起的力量：推動時代發展的100位傑出華人》，歡迎閱覽P.28有關李奕彬博士之風采。

香港陽光食品制造廠簡介
香港陽光食品制造廠是陽光玖柒國際有限公司旗下一家自置廠房，集研發丶生產於一身的香港高級食品烘焙製造工場。工場擁有最先進的生產線，主要生産自家品牌─陽光玖柒食品，同時提供代加工業務(OEM)， 無論從環境衛生、生產設備、原料、製作過程、包裝運輸、質量控制、人員管理等各方面都嚴格按客戶規定的標準加工，保質保量，務求達到有效率的供需關係。
陽光玖柒工場主要產品：
l)烘焙類食品（如曲奇餅類丶酥餅類丶餅乾類丶蛋卷類等）
II)季節類食品（如中秋月餅丶聖誕及賀年禮盒等）
香港陽光食品制造廠秉承日本陽光集團玖柒牌的宗旨「為消費者帶來有安全保證之健康食品」，所採用的原料均是經過精心挑，來自世界各地優質材料，例如生產曲奇的原材料， 我們主要選用日本的麵粉、法國的牛油、美國的砂糖及其他來自世界各地有品質保證的原材料而加工生產。

花式曲奇餅

陽光玖柒工場所生產的曲奇餅，是揉合傳統手工曲奇的技巧與結合現代化生產技術的高品質曲奇餅。而玖柒曲奇餅除了保留手工曲奇的原有款式外，工場配置的先進設備更可同時生產出多達十多款不同造型的花式曲奇，同時可配合不同口味的變化。
為了保障消費者的健康，工場所生產的曲奇餅原材料，主要來自日本的麵粉、法國的牛油、英國的糖漿及其他來自世界各地優質原材料加工生產。
杏仁條

杏仁中含有大量營養成份和維生素、微量元素，可以促進皮下毛細血管的血液循環，增進皮膚的營養。經常食用能有效的延緩皮膚衰老，使皮膚富有光澤和彈性是一種很好的美容食品。除了有美白的功效外，從中醫角度看，還有潤肺止咳、潤腸的藥用價值。

玖柒牌有機甘栗是怎樣製成的？
成熟的有機栗子經採摘運送工場，先經冷凍工程、再炒製去殻、清洗、烘乾。最後，挑選最出類拔萃的甘栗進行包裝，玖柒牌的有機甘栗就製作為成品啦！

Company Founder Introduction
Dr. Li Yik Pan established the Japan Sunshine Group in Japan in the late 1980s, and established Sunshine 97 International Limited and Gifts of Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong., Guangdong Sunshine 97 Enterprises Co., Ltd., Dalian Sunshine Industrial Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Sunshine97 Trading Co., Ltd. in China. In 2018, the company further set up its own home-baked food factory in Hong Kong in order to provide the trustworthy and healthy food to consumers.

Japan Sunshine group was founded in Japan in the late 80s of the last century. The group is based on the import and export trade of food, which combines international trade, logistics, transportation, chain retail, telephone communication, news media, tourism service and mass entertainment. Sunshine 97 International Ltd., is one of the members of Japan Sunshine group.
Sunshine 97 International Ltd was established in April 2012 in Hong Kong and is a member of the Sunshine Group. Our group has more than twenty years of prestigious history in Japan. We intend to explore the international market and have been adhering to the business philosophy of Group Chairman Dr. Li Yik Pan: “the intention to do good food, to do business in good faith, and always maintain consumer confidence in food”. “Nine Seven” Brand products have expanded sales in Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China markets.

Sunshine Food (HK) Factory (Introduction)
Sunshine 97 Factory is the self-owned factory of Sunshine International Ltd. It is a Hong Kong advanced baking production plant that integrates production, research and development of new baking products.
The factory has a strong production line and mainly produces its own 97 branded food products; it also served as an OEM factory for other major food companies; regardless of the environment, facilities and equipment, raw materials, production processes, packaging and transportation, quality control, and personnel management. According to the standards stipulated by customers, we strictly control the quality and ensure that our products are of superior quality and at the same time, we must also strive to achieve efficient supply and demand

Fancy Cookies
The cookies produced in the Sunshine 97 factory are high-quality cookies that combine the skills of traditional handmade cookies with modern production techniques. In addition to the original style of the hand-made cookies, the smashing cookies can produce as many as ten different fancy-style cookies at the same time with advanced equipment in the factory and can also adapt to different taste changes.
In order to protect the health of consumers, the cookie raw materials produced are mainly made of Japanese Flour, French butter, UK syrup and other quality assured raw materials from around the world.
